World Mental Health Week

Mental Health Week is a national week dedicated to raising mental health community awareness. This year’s campaign “Look after your mental health, Australia”, is a direct response to mental illness affecting 1 in 5 Australians, and for the people affected by the COVID19 pandemic.

Saturday 10 October is World Mental Health Day and provides a great opportunity for the Universities staff and students to reflect on their wellbeing. Taking time to reflect on your mental and physical wellbeing and seeking help when needed is important for your personal wellbeing and to your studies.

Flinders University offers an extensive range of support services for staff and students, to help you feel supported and aid in succeeding. Access Flinders support services by clicking here.
