Mindfulness for Academic Success – Online Sessions

We are going ONLINE for this one ….

Mindfulness for Academic Success is an evidence based (and fun) 5 Week program kicking off Wed May 21 3:30-4:30pm and running until June 18.

This innovative program consists of five 60-minute sessions, where you will learn to use mindfulness to:

  • reduce stress and anxiety
  • improve focus
  • stop procrastinating
  • communicate more effectively
  • deal with strong feelings

All students – online or Face to Face are welcome to apply!
