Flinders University has recently reviewed its Equal Opportunity Policy to ensure it continues to reflect our shared values of fairness, respect, and equality for all students and staff. This is your opportunity to read the updates, understand what’s changed, and share your thoughts.

The University’s Equal Opportunity Policy has been reviewed in line with the University’s policy framework.

Reflecting key developments, including the Staff Code of Conduct and the University’s Anti-Racism Statement, the updated policy reinforces its role as the University’s definitive statement on anti-discrimination and anti-racism. It addresses all forms of discrimination, harassment, racism, vilification, and victimisation, and has been renamed the Equal Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination Policy.

The updated policy is currently available in the Flinders Policy Library until Wednesday, 5 November. Feedback can be submitted to policy@flinders.edu.au until this time.
