There will be high voltage shutdown works coming up at Tonsley and Bedford Park over the next two weekends.
- Saturday 11 July – Tonsley main building and Factory of the Future
- Saturday 18 July – Physical Sciences building, South Lecture Theatres and Biology building
For safety reasons, building access will be restricted with doors locked and lifts will not operate during maintenance. If anyone requires emergency access assistance, they should contact Security on 8201 2880 and refer to this schedule for the detailed program.
Prior to leaving work for the weekends, we are asking students and staff in impacted buildings to:
- Please ensure you save all work and shut down computers
- Turn off all non-critical equipment – this will help to keep energy-critical equipment energised during this period
- Plan ahead to work/study elsewhere on these days if possible.
