Caring Futures Institute researcher Dr Paul Constable’s autism eye scan research study, which developed a promising new method of identifying the condition years earlier than is currently possible, was covered by various international media outlets recently. Channel 9 News Adelaide: How to get kids to eat their veggies. Caring Futures Institute researcher Professor Rebecca Golley sat on the Channel 9 News desk in Adelaide to talk about the VegKIT project. Flinders nutrition experts contributed to a newly launched online registry of resources that aims to help boost veggie consumption in Aussie kids and one of the first achievements of the five-year VegKIT project.
