The Learning Lounge has recently made it easier for Online, External and Distance Education students to access academic support services by creating a process in which these students can be contacted by phone, email or Skype.

Students can now complete a simple form where they provide their details and the type of assistance they require, which is then used to arrange a 20-30 minute consultation with the Learning Lounge. Lecturers can advise their students to book an appointment by submitting an online form here:  https://students.flinders.edu.au/study-support/slc/learning-lounge

Students can also access Studiosity online support for writing feedback and live chat.  Studiosity can be accessed through the Flinders Dashboard or the Studiosity topic in FLO.
