To have a successful teaching team, it is crucial to work collaboratively on teaching resources and to maintain strong communication throughout all stages of topic delivery.  Creating an accessible location for teaching resources for the teaching team to access can improve the quality of the learning and teaching experience for our students. Unified communication throughout the semester, especially related to assessment tasks, is key to ensure we are providing a consistent learning environment for students to complete their assessments and achieve the topic learning outcomes successfully.

The Tip sheet – Strategies to embed teaching team resources and promote communication within FLO identifies ways these important functions can be improved and streamlined within the topics you teach. It also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different options (eg staff-only hidden FLO modules) and highlights certain FLO tools that could be used to communicate with the teaching team in a FLO topic site.
