This is the second paper in the IIBA Global Thought leadership series in Digital Business Analysis called “Digital Business Analysis Essential Competencies for Success” following “ Crossing the Chasm from Traditional to Digital” paper which was covered in a previous blog post. I especially like the following diagram which identifies 8 core digital BA competencies.
