Bec Linehan & Lumai Tingey from the Digital Research Services team will be presenting at Lean Agile & Systems Thinking (LAST) Conference at Torrens University on the 30th of May.
They will be presenting a workshop titled ‘Value propositions and where to find them’.
The workshop is targeted at people currently working in Agile teams who wish to find new approaches to thinking about, capturing and prioritising customer requirements.
Participants will be guided through an example project with a business problem to solve in teams.
The workshop will comprise three phases:
- Understanding the business problem, target customer and jobs to be done
- Rethinking the standard User Story format to see what are assumptions that need testing and how to ensure value creation is embedded in the story
- Understanding the different levels of customer satisfaction and how to use this information in prioritising stories to ensure you not only meet base needs but also leave room to surprise and delight your customer.
