A. Supported lecture venues generally contain the following equipment:

Lapel microphone
Hand-held microphone
Ceiling mounted camera (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) that captures the lecturer
Desktop computer
Video projector and screen or LCD screen. The projector is wired to project the content from the desktop computer or a presenter laptop onto the screen.
Cables to connect a laptop to the display via HDMI
