The Graduations team within Student Administration Services (SAS) and the Project team within Digital Student and Teaching Services have been worked on the final touches for the production environment of My eQuals, which is now in the final stages of testing.
My eQuals will be launched in early January 2019, which will allow graduates to securely view their certified digital documents via the online portal and share them with third parties.
Timed with the launch, we have prepared a range of support resources for students, including:
- Graduate user guide
- Information flyers to be distributed at graduation ceremonies
- Ask Flinders FAQs
- Communications to graduating students
- My eQuals web content (Flinders website).
Additionally, we have prepared an support model for the teams responsible for offering ongoing support for the My eQuals application. Briefing sessions have been held with the Domestic Student Admissions team and Flinders Connect team to ensure our staff are prepared once My eQuals is available to students.
