The 2012 Annual General Meeting of Adelaide Alumni UK Limited (“the Company”) will be held on the 6th Floor, the Australia Centre, Strand, London WC2B 4LG, England on Wednesday 14th November 2012 at 6:30pm.

The Agenda will be circulated prior to the Annual General Meeting. This notice is posted on behalf of the Board of Trustees of the Company.

Please note that a member of the Company is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend the meeting and to vote on his or her behalf. The proxy need not also be a member of the Company.
