Flinders academics will present at Adelaide’s biggest Italian food and culture feast

It’s that time of the year where in Italy each little town becomes a colourful parade. It’s Carnevale! Adelaide will be celebrating Carnevale on the 8-9 February. This time it won’t be just food and dancing, there will also be interesting, fun and tasty cultural forums. They are FREE, with entrance to Carnevale. If you’ve always been fascinated by Spaghetti Westerns (like me) hear about what our Flinders academic Luciana d’Argangeli has to say about Italian westerns – Hollywood style. Find out about the rivalry between the Italian electricity pioneers – Volta and Galvani with Flinders Professor of Neurophysiology, Marcello Costa. Much more to do, see and eat!

See the Carnevale program here.
