As a child I had always known I wanted to help people but I wasn’t sure what my career choice would be. My Mum said study nursing.

Through my time at Flinders to where I am now in my career, I have encountered so many inspiring individuals in various fields of nursing.

Thank you to all those I met who helped me in my journey and continue to support the next generation of nurses.

The pandemic we are currently facing has brought the important role of nurse to the eyes of the world. To all the nurses worldwide who are working tirelessly in the care and support of those affected by COVID-19 – THANK YOU!
