Academic staff in the College (including ECA, MCA, Senior, Clinical and Teaching specialist academics as well as research focussed professional staff) are encouraged to express interest in the CMPH Mentoring Scheme, as either a mentee or a mentor, or both.

As a mentee you will be asked to nominate a mentor(s). It is not necessary to approach that nominated mentor(s) prior to completing the Expression of Interest. However, if you have already spoken to them, please note that on the online form. Where a mentor has not been nominated the Mentoring Steering Committee will attempt to allocate one.

This EoI round will close at 5pm Friday 26 February and the Committee will aim to pair mentors and mentees by mid-March. EOIs can be made on a continuing basis thereafter with mentors being allocated by the committee on a regular basis.
