The CMPH HDR mentoring program involves two mentors (EMCAs) working with a group of 3-5 HDR student mentees. The principle is the same as mentoring one person, but possesses the added advantage that peers in the group can also mentor each other and share experiences, generating a greater collegiality and connectivity across the College.  Distinct from supervision, mentoring involves the transfer of professional & personal knowledge and can have enormous benefits for those involved.  The closing date for the current round for EOIs from HDR mentors & mentees is 14th April, but please note, the program is ongoing and mentors and mentees can submit an EOI at anytime.
