In response to the Circuit Breaker shutdowns in South Australia, Flinders University hosted daily Braving COVID lectures, explainers ranging from the epidemiology of COVID19, through to the role of climate change in the emergence of new pandemics.
On the 25th of November, Professor Mike Kyrios talked about how the COVID19 pandemic and associated restrictions are affecting the mental health and wellbeing of the general public, plus strategies to deal with lockdowns and returning to work.
A recording of the lecture can be viewed here. The STREAM framework supports wellbeing during isolation, working from home, whilst APPEAL and CARE frameworks assist with returning to life post-shutdown.
