The next Disaster Research Information and Discussion Meeting on Tuesday 5 November will feature an international visitor. Associate Professor Satoko Mitani from the Unit for Liveable Cities in Kyoto University’s  Graduate School of Medicine will present “The Great East Japan Disaster: Recovery and Resilience”. There will also be a presentation on “Building Community Resilience in SA: an Integrated Approach to a Complex Challenge” by Antonella Cavallo, PhD candidate from the Entrepreneurship, Commercialisation and Innovation Centre (ECIC), Faculty of the Professions, University of Adelaide.
