The email will include a link to the web page, but you will not be asked for your password at any time. You are not required to provide any personal details, and all responses will be treated confidentially. The University will not be able to identify your name with your responses.

Not only will your feedback help us understand how well our current services are meeting your needs and identify areas requiring improvement, it will enable us to benchmark our service standard across the Higher Education sector.
