From the beginning of 2014, all commencing students at Flinders will have access to a peer mentor, and the program is looking for continuing students willing to partcipate as mentors.

Staff are requested to inform continuing students about the scheme, and more information about the program is available here.

Peer mentoring is an important strategy aimed at providing an inclusive and supportive environment for our students,  developing a sense of community and engagement, and enabling students to maximise their academic potential.
