Flinders University together with Bupa is offering all staff the opportunity to undertake an Online Health Assessment (OHA).

The OHA will help to give you a snapshot of your current health status based on the information you provide, including your ‘real’ health age and suggestions for managing your health risks and making positive changes to help improve your overall health and wellness.

The assessment takes around 10-15 minutes and is completely confidential.  All Flinders University staff are invited to complete the assessment, and you do not need to be a Bupa member to participate. After completion, you will be able to view your results in a personalised report.
