A Flinders ONEfitness program offers skills to help reduce stress, rise above self-limiting beliefs, improve focus, develop self-awareness, facilitate calmness and handle difficult emotions.
A trial session will be held on Thursday 18 September from 1.15 to 2pm, and is followed by a five-week program commencing after semester break.
