Construction has recently commenced on the new Plaza Redevelopment and Student Hub which will open in 2016.

There will be a number of changes to food and beverage options available on campus during construction.

Please note that all Union Building food and beverage outlets will be closing at 5 pm on Wednesday 19 November 2014. In particular, note that Sage, Red Vines, Coopers Bar, Subway, Blue Duck and the Refectory will close on this date.

The following options will be available:

From November 2014

• One Byte Café in the Central Library will remain open for the duration of the long break, closely following Library opening hours
• The Wholefood Store is moving to the Plaza, next to STA Travel, on Monday, 24 November 2014, and will trade during University core hours over the long break.

From mid-February 2015

• McHughs is undergoing renovations to include a temporary Student Bar reopening mid February 2015
• The University is working on a temporary food court solution for 2015 – more details will be provided in due course.

All other Flinders One outlets will be unaffected during construction.
