On Friday 10 April, the New Venture Institute is hosting a free lunchtime lecture with Miriam Castilla, author, speaker and “effectologist”.

In ‘Managing Overwhelm’, Miriam will discuss methods and strategies to break though the sense of exhaustion, frustration and stress that can come with running your own small business. Learn how to reclaim you clarity and focus.

The event will run from 1pm to 1.30pm in the Seminar Space on Level 2 of the Tonsley building.
