The Lend Lease construction team responsible for delivering Flinders at Tonsley won a Professional Excellence Award at the AIB Professional Excellence in Building Awards last weekend.
The awards are based upon:
• degree of project difficulty
• management methods and techniques
• innovations developed to overcome difficulties
• workforce organisation and training
• innovative approaches in the construction process
• relationship with the client, architect, authorities, community and work force
• quality of the completed project, and
• delivery on time and on budget.
