The new building for the University’s Northern Medical School received two awards in the recent Northern Territory Architecture Awards, presented by the Australian Institute of Architects.

The building, which was designed by architects Hames Sharley, received the  Educational Architecture Award, and also received a commendation in the Internal Architecture category.
