The Flinders University Cup is a fun walk/run event designed to improve personal and workplace fitness and well-being over a period of 8 weeks.
It operates every Tuesday during lunch break hours (11.30am-1.30pm) on the Flinders University ovals. Last year the event attracted more than 150 workplace participants, made up of workplace teams of 5-7 people and individuals!
With support from Yvette and Karli, this year’s event will be run by the FlindersOneFitness team and will once again provide and promote a fun and safe environment for friendly competition based on the consistency of participation and improvement.
So, how do I register my interest?
1) Read through the information here
2) Form a team of 5-7 workmates/colleagues/friends or simply register as an individual.
3) Complete the registration form attached and email it to sport.fitness@flinders.edu.au, or bring it with you to the ovals on Tuesday, 4 August.
4) Prepare your team outfit (not compulsory), dust off your sneakers and get ready to walk/run.
