Due to the level of interest shown for the ABS TableBuilder Demonstration held in July, an additional session of the same demonstration has been confirmed for 10am -11am, Wednesday, 12 August.

State and Territory Statistical Services in South Australia is presenting a live demonstration of Census TableBuilder, which will show you just how easy it is to produce your own analysis with customised data items and geographic regions.

TableBuilder is an online self-help tool which enables users to create tables, graphs and maps of Census data. TableBuilder allows users to flexibly create tables using a web-based graphical interface. The confidentiality of respondents is protected using algorithms that are applied to tables on the fly in an efficient and seamless manner, maximising the utility of data to the user.
