Flinders, along with most universities in Australia and New Zealand, is again taking part in a benchmarking exercise on IT service quality.

In the next few days, you will receive an email from Systems Thinking inviting you to complete a web survey. Your participation will help us understand how well our current services are meeting your needs, identify areas requiring improvement, and enable us to benchmark our service standard across the higher education sector.

You will not be asked for your password at any time. You are not required to provide any personal details, and all responses will be treated confidentially. Flinders University will not be able to identify your name with your responses.

The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.  Thank you for your help.
