ATEM workshop: how to do more with less

Association of Tertiary Education Management Central Region presents a professional development program,  “Increasing power, presence and possibility – performing well (blossoming) during the lean times”.

We are living and working in times of constant challenge and change, demands are often increasing whilst resources (human, financial or time) decrease. This half-day workshop, facilitated by Helen Elizabeth Alm, will give practical tips, approaches and strategies not only to performing well, but blossoming in our current environment. Participants leave with specific actions, new ideas and whole-brain approaches to effectiveness, leadership of self and others and expanding possibilities.

Specifically this workshop will include:

Five practical ways to increase your personal power and leadership presence
Nine keys to performing well and being effective during the lean times…
11 activities/actions that are seen in teams that thrive in today’s ever changing environment.
