Q&A on drones

On November 15 from 10am to 10.30am at Flinders at Tonsley, Level 2 Seminar Space, NVI will host “Drone Machinations”, a short Q&A session that will offer a chance to talk with industry representative, Jamie Nancarrow, on all things drone.

The term “drone”  has  evolved over past decades to refer to aerial platforms that offer some tangible benefits to modern society.

Consumer, Prosumer, and Commercial Aerial platforms now offer technically advanced features that make the use and cost far more tangible for both business and recreational pursuits.

In a consumer industry that will reportedly trend well over $1-billion dollars in 2015, companies such as Amazon, Intel, GoPro, Qualcomm, are all pursuing major investment positions in attempts to influence current market innovators such as DJI, 3DRobotics and Yuneec Aviation.

Along side these majors, underground movements such as First-Person-View Drone Racing are emerging globally and offering an immersive experience.
