You can keep up with the competitors’ progress and setbacks in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge race  by going to the event’s online social media hub.

As well as sponsoring the event, Flinders has on-the-ground involvement through engineering lecturer and race scrutiniser Dr Stuart Wildy, two paramedic final-year students and two students students from screen and media studies, who are documenting the race.

Flinders is hosting the social media hub and other activities in Victoria Square, Adelaide, including a CSEM technology showcase for school children on Friday, October 23.
