Don“It won’t change hearts or minds” – Professor Don DeBats (American Studies) provided a 10-minute analysis of President Obama’s recent Oval Office speech on terrorism and gun control for ABC News 24 via Skype from Virginia in the US.

Professor Tracey Wade (Psychology) was quoted on stress and strategies to avoid it for an article on preparing for and celebrating Christmas, which was run in the Advertiser and Messenger newspapers.

Flinders academics contributed 13 articles to the Conversation in the past month, achieving a combined readership of 85,600. The most popular authors for November were Professor John Long, Professor Julian Meyrick, Dr Christine Nicholls, Professor Ann Roche and Professor Rocco Zito.
