Employment Variations

A new process within FlindersPro has been developed to facilitate online requests for Employment Variations previously captured by the “Position Variation Form” (such as changes to: supervisor, funding, appointment fraction, location or title for all staff).

Requests for Higher Duties Allowances for professional staff have also been incorporated into the same process. As a reminder, short-term increases of hours can be managed through the “Additional Hours” process which is already available in FlindersPro.

This new online process streamlines the number and level of approvals required, and provides an automated workflow, allowing tracking of the entire process.

The online process should be used with immediate effect and the paper versions of the Position Variation and Higher Duties Allowance HR forms will no longer be available on the HR forms website.
