Starting a new business venture involves many challenges and considerations. It can be a time consuming and exhausting process, but it is important not to overlook the legal issues involved and will prevent future headaches.

Law firm Cowell Clarke’s short session will provide a high level overview of the main issues to consider when starting up a business.
