Donate professional clothes to students to help kick-start their careers!

PrintAs part of Anti-Poverty Week (16-22 October), the FUSA Dux (students involved in FUSA’s Professional Development Program) are inviting staff and students to do some spring-cleaning.

By donating professional clothes they no longer wear, that no longer fit, or that never see the light of day, staff and students can help students to land jobs.

Clothes donated will help give students the confidence to develop their professional appearance when attending job interviews and as they move forward in their professional careers.

A voluntary gold coin donation per item will be collected on the day with all funds raised going to the Magdalene Centre.

All clothing donations can be delivered during office hours to FUSA (Level 1, Student Hub) up until COB October 19. Please ensure clothes are clean and in good condition (no holes or stains etc).

More information about FUSA’s Anti-Poverty Week activities can be found at their Facebook event page.
