The Buildings and Property Division now has a single phone number for staff to request services.
The following services can be requested by dialling 8201 2733:
- Access, keys and other security services
- Parking, Car Bookings or Transport matters
- Postal enquires, cleaning or caretaking services
- Report a building issue or request maintenance work
- Capital project, space enquiry or other enquiry
Requests can also be lodged online here.
BEIMS requests can still be submitted by staff, however this new system provides a faster and easier system for lodging queries.
The emergency and security attendance number (formerly security) 8201 2880 remains unchanged.
