Academic Calibration info session

Academic Calibration is an important quality assurance process, and an opportunity to promote discussion on good practice in learning and teaching with other Innovative Research Universities.

Staff can be involved either as calibrators (reviewing topics from other institutions), or by having their own topic calibrated (subject to certain eligibility requirements).

An upcoming information session will cover the nuts and bolts of the process, including requirements for topic coordinators and those interested in calibrating other topics.

The Academic Calibration Process is a relatively new, external peer review process undertaken in collaboration with other Innovative Research Universities.

It involves the external reviewing of academic topics across the IRU.
