What’s changing?

From Monday 27 March nlc will provide novated leasing to Flinders employees. In addition to leases, nlc will also provide salary packaging for the following benefits:

·         Airline lounge membership

·         Professional subscriptions

·         Portable electronic devices

The Payroll Services team at Flinders will continue to manage benefits such as Superannuation, car parking and Flinders ONEfitness membership.

As part of the changes, you will no longer be required to complete the ‘Salary Sacrifice Agreement’ form.  Instead, the Salary Sacrifice Terms and Conditions in the Salary Packaging Guide will require individual acceptance before commencing a salary sacrifice arrangement.
