The Education Building at Bedford Park campus together with its adjacent multi-purpose centre will close on 7, 14 and 15 July for scheduled power outages over the mid-year break.

While the electricity in most buildings across campus will be switched off briefly to allow for safe power isolations to be made, longer outages are required for work in the Education Building. All work has been scheduled for weekends to minimise disruption to students and staff, and the relevant occupants have been notified.

The works are part of scheduled upgrades and maintenance of the University’s high voltage electrical system.

Education Building and Multi-Purpose Centre closures:

• Saturday 7 July 2018: Closed from 6:20AM to 5:40PM
• Saturday 14 July 2018: Closed from 6:40AM to midnight
• Sunday 15 July: midnight to 5:25PM
