Take a break and enrich the soul at FUAM

The Flinders University Art Museum (FUAM) is now open Monday to Friday from midday to 2pm at its Bedford Park location, with a new Aboriginal art exhibition on display.

Staff are invited to drop in to see highlights of the University’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art collection in a new exhibition titled ‘Tradition and Transformation in Contemporary Aboriginal Art.’

Featuring works by some of Australia’s most celebrated Indigenous artists from the East Kimberley, Western Desert and Central Arnhem Land regions, the exhibition illustrates the dynamic development of visual arts practice in remote Aboriginal communities in the late 20th century.

FUAM is located at Room 007, Social Sciences North (off carpark 5).
