Updates to Service One

Since the initial release of Service One in July 2018, Flinders staff have initiated more than 800 service requests, with 1400 staff visiting the platform. A number of improvements have already been made in response to feedback, including new travel-related services.

Many frequently requested services will be added to Service One in the months ahead.

In response to numerous requests received already for travel assistance, the following travel-related services will be available on Service One from Thursday 13 September:

  • I need help with a travel query
  • I need help accessing the online travel booking system

My Requests

Staff who initiate a service request through Service One can access their service request history through a recently developed feature called My Requests, that is accessible from the Service One homepage. The description and status of the service request, including the name and contact details of the assigned Service Specialist, can now be viewed through My Requests.

Staff can access Service One from their Okta dashboard and submit feedback and new ideas from the Service One homepage.
