With end of year deadlines and functions ramping up, a contemporary acoustic/electric performance will be soothing music to the ears in Flinders’ final lunchtime concert for the year, featuring folk-rock duo, The Street Owls.

The Street Owls, consisting of Ash and Deb Stewart, will perform covers from a wide range of artists including The Bee Gees, Dolly Parton, Tom Petty, Paul Kelly, Del Shannon, Bob Dylan, Eurythmics and Fleetwood Mac.

Also writers of their own original songs, The Street Owls have released two singles – “I Am” and “Hey Chloë”; both are available on iTunes and other music platforms.

The performance will take place in the Flinders Tavern at 12:30pm; gold coin donation appreciated.
