Success – as defined by students

The question of “What does success mean to students at Flinders?” was posed to the student community by the Student Experience Team in October 2018 – and now the answers

The Student Success Campaign saw more than 900 students participate across campuses and online. Their feedback highlighted five key areas of success:

– Getting a degree and building a wealth of knowledge.

– Being happy, healthy and socially fulfilled.

– Having access to services that will foster success.

– Graduating with hands-on experience and a path to employment.

– Studying in an environment that serves each individual’s needs.

All responses were consolidated into a report and video, and are being used to help inform and prioritise student-related activities and projects across the University. The full report and video can be accessed here.
