Flinders University supports the Cancer Council’s biggest morning tea – held each year to raise money for cancer research – and is seeking assistance with a number of events around campus this May.

Although the official date for the morning tea is 23 May 2019, events can be held any time in May or June to be part of the initiative.

Flinders University is planning a number of events in May as part of its Health and Wellbeing calendar which focuses on cancer awareness for that month. It’s a wonderful way to come together with colleagues over coffee and a morning chat, while helping to raise vital funds to support those impacted by cancer.

Any staff or teams planning their own event for the initiative, or interested in volunteering to bake or supply food and help organise events around the University, are asked to please contact Karen Hayden in People and Culture.
