Reaching new levels of brilliance

The Flinders University library is running its biennial Satisfaction Survey and is seeking ideas and feedback from all University staff and students to shape future library services, resources and spaces.

All comments, both positive and negative, will be carefully assessed and appropriate action taken to improve how the library supports the Flinders community.

Actions taken as a response to feedback from the last survey include:

  • 24/7 student study area on entry level 1 of Central Library
  • Increased accessibility to resources with investment in new eJournals and major eBook collections
  • Additional power points in Central and Sturt Libraries
  • Increased public study space at the Medical Library with the construction of a more compact staff work area
  • New eReadings system

The survey is open and will run from 6 May to Sunday 19 May 2019. Staff are thanked in advance for their participation in this valuable exercise.
