Register this week for BUPA and Flinders’ mental wellbeing team challenge – a four-week virtual (and real-life) journey to help staff get fitter while learning about mental health.
Daily wellbeing is tracked over the initiative, including activity levels, sleep patterns and nutrition to help participants super-charge their performance.
Staff can use their own wearable device or smartphone, or purchase a Garmin in the BUPA Team Challenge app.
