The Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) survey is now open and staff are encouraged to promote this valuable feedback tool with their students.

The annual SET survey provides students with the opportunity to evaluate and deliver feedback on topics and teachers. Results provide staff with valid and reliable information to help them make informed decisions to improve student learning outcomes.

Teaching staff are asked to take a moment at the end of classes to encourage students to complete the survey, highlighting how their opinion will help improve the quality of topics and teaching.

The survey will be open until 29 November 2019.

A PowerPoint slide for inclusion in class presentations is available to download from this page.

In addition, a 60-second SET promotional video has been loaded to PCs/laptops in lecture theatres for lecturers to play to students.
