Health and wellbeing workshop

A workshop for staff will examine the foundations of psychological wellbeing and practical strategies to support mental health, especially during particularly challenging times.

The session, part of the University’s Health and Wellbeing program, will use examples to explore psychological needs and how these impact on the brain, body, emotions, motivation and relationships at work.

Five simple strategies will be practised that are proven to help improve resilience, adaptability and mental flexibility when dealing with difficulties.
