Changes to EAP services

Providers of Flinders University’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) have implemented strict infection control plans in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Some are offering remote services rather than in person and a summary of actions is provided for staff information:

Human Psychology

Please note that it is a confidential service with no feedback to the employer unless mandated risk is identified. Service ~ 1 hour consult
  2. Isolation support – can be either employee or employer requested and the service is designed to specifically offer psychological support to employees self-isolated or quarantined at home.
  3. PERMA+ Coaching – a coaching telehealth service that promotes wellness using positive psychology principles (PERMA+) as a framework to empower people to devise a PERMA+ Wellbeing plan whilst at home.
  4. Manager assist – specific support for leadership including discussion of COVID-19 planning and support using Zoom.
